1. Overview At Kandyland Delights, we take great pride in crafting every order with care and attention. Because our baked goods are made fresh to order and perishable, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience, so please review our return and refund guidelines below. ---

 

2. No Returns on Perishable Items Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods once they have been picked up or delivered. ---

 

3. Order Cancellations Orders canceled 3 days before the pickup/delivery date may qualify for a partial refund. Orders canceled less than 1 day before the due date will not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway. Custom cake or special event orders require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. --

 

4. Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive an incorrect order or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer one of the following: A replacement item (if applicable) A store credit for future use A partial refund (in specific cases) You may be asked to provide a photo of the item received to help us verify the issue. ---

 

5. Quality Concerns We aim for every treat to arrive fresh and beautiful! If there is a quality issue (e.g., damage during transport or noticeable error), please contact us within 24 hours with a clear description and photo of the problem. After review, we may offer a partial refund, credit, or replacement, depending on the situation. ---
