--- 1. General Information By placing an order with Kandyland Delights, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms apply to all customers ordering baked goods from our online or social media platforms.
--- 2. Products All of our products are homemade in a registered home kitchen. We do not use preservatives unless stated otherwise. Photos on our website/social media are for reference only — designs, colors, and decorations may vary slightly. Custom orders will be made as close as possible to your request.
--- 3. Allergens Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, and gluten. If you have any food allergies, please inform us before placing an order. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
--- 4. Ordering & Payment Orders must be placed at least 3 days advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Full payment is due at time of purchase before pickup or delivery. Payments can be made via [list payment methods: CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, credit card, etc.].
--- 5. Cancellations & Refunds Orders canceled within 3 days before the due date may receive a partial refund. Orders canceled less than 1 day before pickup/delivery will not be refunded. No refunds will be given once an order has been picked up or delivered.
--- 6. Pickup & Delivery Pickup is available at 9848 Osprey Dr Fort Worth, TX 76108, at scheduled times. Delivery is available within [insert area/radius] for an additional fee. Customers must be on time for pickup/delivery. Late pickups may affect product quality; we are not responsible once the order leaves our possession.
--- 7. Product Care Once picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for proper storage and care of baked goods. We are not liable for damage due to mishandling, improper storage, or transport after pickup/delivery.
--- 8. Custom Designs We will do our best to match your inspiration photos. However, exact replicas may not always be possible due to creative interpretation, ingredient availability, and hand-decorating techniques.
--- 9. Photography & Promotion We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our baked goods for promotional purposes, even if the item was custom-made for your order.
--- 10. Liability Kandyland Delights is not responsible for allergic reactions, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction resulting from personal taste preferences.
